Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus must be used within a specified period.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• jaha9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

VIP Program & Rewards

jaha9 has three VIP tiers for regular players — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Prohibited Activities & Enforcement Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaha9 platform and, if detected, may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
